By accessing or using AllConnected (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The App offers subscription-based services with a 7-day free trial period. After the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription Plans:
• Basic: £9.99/month or £110/year
• Premium: £54.99/month or £560/year
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the service.
The App provides general wellness guidance and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with any questions about medical conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• You use the App at your own risk
• We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the App
• You are solely responsible for your health and safety
• You should consult healthcare professionals before starting any new wellness program
You may not:
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AllConnected and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllConnected shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllConnected and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AllConnected regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
